Returns & Refunds

At KTS (KREA8TIONS THAT STAND), every order is produced specifically for the customer. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color or style
• Accidental purchases
• Buyer’s remorse

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
